Jen of the jungle

The last sunny days id see in a while were spent in sunny san diego. This dress was one of my favorite vintage finds up in a Yosemite thrift shop, find my best steals there. Accesorized with what I previously had on the day before. This was a last minute trip, rings by sole society and the squished little wrap around is by whiteteeblackdress. Which I got at the blogger event slash fashion show a couple weeks prior for only a buck guess u get what u pay for. The shoes were my favorite birthday gift, from my father by freebird. Ive been lusting these bad boys for months so excited to finally own them. Just in time to rock them around the Christmas tree in New York. My favorite hand me down belt, thrifted from my amazing sister! Whom also got me those bomb @$$ rings for my birthday. Acessorized with my go to Lui speedy, wrapped with a vintage italian silk scarf. One thing i absolutely love doing with handbags is personalizing them to the outfit with an exra pop .. ie. Scarf! Photos were taken in lovely old town where I enjoyed lovely margaritas, gatlic shrimp mmm, wayy to much chips and salsa,  got my giant drusy apraised and most importantly scored on those Peruvian rings, and a quarts necklace with character as my love put it. Which I definitely will be posting in my to come post. Good times wish I could go back soon but till nxt time sunny san diego.

I am so not ready to leave my perfect beach house to freeze my butt off in the snowstorm that just hit the East coast. As I reminisce, here are a few photos. The beautiful white purse, kimono, and shorts by Spell Designs. Rock necklace by Luv AJ, lipstick and sunglasses Tom Ford and monokini by Sumika collections I will definitely miss LA. This post is in remembrance of always sunny Cali, oh how I'll miss those sunsets.

FALLow the wine trail

This weekend I had an amazing vacation up north for a wine trail. When I arrived to the cabin, the driveway was covered in leaves, so I decided to rake a huge pile just for this shoot. Raking this tedious driveway really made me feel like i was born back east. Hard work but paid off with these amazing shots. Not to mention Ellie had a blast swiming in the leaves ha. It was hard to figure out what to wear to the winerys because at the cabin it was 20 degrees and at the winerys it was 70 plus! Due to this insanity, I decided to layer up and rely on my accessories to pull the outfit together. My rings are by Vanessa Mooney and Natalie B and my watch is by Pandeia. This dreamy kimono is Spell Designs and hat designed by me :) Had a great time and loved the relaxation of the countryside before my big move to the city. Now for my weekend of birthday fesitves :)

CoCo chanel from a different perspective.

So I decided to wear my polka dot tights with my high socks over them, for the perfect casual fall look. I also just bought these amazing boot attachments for my Laureen - Lucky Brand Boots, and they are to die for. With the weather finally cooling down, I can finally appreciate wearing kimonos and high socks. Oh not to mention amazing buckle, chain, studded boots. The crisscross pair of boots above are Jeffrey Campbell and the rings I accessorized are Vanesssa Mooney and Erin Wasson Low Luv. Necklace and bracelet are vintage from Venice boardwalk, one of the perks of living in Venice AMAZING steals. Not to mention how this quartz helps with positive energy love a good stone. This weeks been crazy, but I am super stoked to be enjoying the blogger fashion show in Gaslamp. I'll be sure to post pictures for more fashion inspiration towards the end of the week. Happy almost Halloween guys and hope your all enjoying those pumpkin spice lattes, I love this season ... till next time xx bous bous.

been awhile

A while back when it was still hot out I dragged a friend to take a few photos by a cute garden. It was the perfect easy day to wear kitten heels and a flowy maxi dress. I Accessorized with my newest addition doubled triangle ring, Vanessa Mooney ring, and Erin Wasson Low Luv ring. The bralette is the same one everyone has the classic Brandy, which is seriously my go to bra! If I ever decide to wear one that is :p Lately I am all about the comfortable. The heels are Zara last fall which is still aiming to be the trend this season .. leopard and studs. Topped with a classic black wide brimmed hat to keep the elegance. As for the dress its vintage from my great grandmother and accessorized with a thrifted belt. I totally adore all of her vintage because its the perfect picture of class for me to dress down with new culture threads. Anyways sorry for the ten month blog delay and ill try and get back to it xx always and for ever little j.

Bison day

Finally its getting hot by the beach again, so I was able to wear a light sweater with some cut off shorts :) Had some time off work so I spent the day walking down the street to the local deli/coffee shop. While I was waiting for my food  I noticed this cool bison, I had to photograph. Love this shop sucha chic place I had to check it out. Besides that wild adventure I painted the last of my hairs ends, frosty blue and then next week it will be back to short. Hope you like this little lick of summer.
