Trending Tuesdays ( continuation from veronicas vibes )

I apologize for the major delay, I had some technical difficulties in life shall I say :/ Yet I promise to catch you up on all of it. Basically This post will show you how I can not rock veronica's style, and how only she can pull this look off. Some styles are meant only for certain people, and certain people only. This vintage dress she found and this amazing Aborigine woman's place in Soho. This woman is seriously magical and wears face paint is like 2 feet tall, and I swear shes casting voodoo as you shop yet at the same time shes the most hilarious, talented, and amazing woman for finding all these unique pieces around the world. Only problem is she markets them sky rocket high, guess you have to to pay rent in Manhattan. As for the blog I will post asap about my trip Miami for Ultra, My farewell to New York temporarily ;) in the Hamptons, Botanical Gardens, and Nightlife, and then of course my fiesta in Coachella. Not to mention all the fun crazy sunshine shots, and collections that I am collaborating here back in Cali. Super, Super excited for what is to come sorry for the major delay and I promise amazing stuff is to come. I will promise you this .. I will definitely be posting 8 post this month to catch up for the loss of April, and I will also start a few new weekly things, like whats trending Tuesdays, and 3 ways to wear Thursdays. So stay tuned my loves .... xxo

This beautiful creature is what I call my best friend. I met her on Christmas eve the best present anyone can receive! This girl is a fashion guru and has gems and gold with many other treasures. First off lets look at this beautiful mink coat that we've been drooling over this whole month, definitely cant keep your hands off this one. Shes paired it with many fun outfits because fur basically goes with anything, and her beautiful diamond and sapphire earrings are also a statement. Diesel jeans, Melrose Blvd Couture sherling lined suede coat, and Spell & Gypsy Collective  Dreamweaver bag. Short & Simple stay tuned for some amazing Furs <3

Will You Be Mine

Spent valentines day working my tush off, and then we out all night so basically I went with the comfy but cute innocent look. You can always accomplish this with a little Lace, flowers, and or hearts esp for Valentines day. Surprisingly I was very happy to see all the adorable couples. Yet kinda annoyed with seeing all the Tinder couples. Come on people Valentines is for Lovers not Slutters haha. I found many women dressing to impress with mini skirts and no tights, when it was freezing out. I decide to keep my outfit more veered towards my personality as a co-worker suggested all about projecting what I want, so I can better achieve it. So this playful white dress from Beacon's Closet ( Manhattan ) and my mom's gifted Heart leggings were perfect to show my spunky personality. The black dress from Cross Roads Trading ( Chelsea ) was sleek for work and topped with my usual Ausi cowgirl style fedora Hat.  Laureen Lucky Brand  buckle boots. With Accessories by me,  Chan Luu, Sole Society, & Tin Tin. till next time loves <3

New York attire

Its seriously been iced over for the past week, and I really am mad that I havnt taken better photos. I promise by spring time i'll do a blog collab with my girlfriends and use a high quality camera and start making this blog look a lot better. Right now I am trying to focus on getting post up in my busy NY life style. Todays post is all about how to dress in the cold. I have come to realize New York has its own fashion in the cold whether we like it or not. The not so popular but must needed salam head wrap is a huge trend. Due to the fact that your ears will freeze off if not covered you must be creative. Ive been having alot of fun meeting new people and going to amazing parties considering fashion week has been full of them. First photo was from a confetti party, and second was at Benny Benassi's show where I decided to wear Novella Royales playsuit perfect for a fahionable but comfortable look. Acessorized with Spell Designs Dreamweaver my fav that I havn't brought out much due to the weather. Further down the line is my favorite Brooklyn look the classic fedora in black, freddy krueger plaid leggings from Buffalo Exchange ( Chelsea ), and my mothers vintage fur. With a matching fur clutch that basically blends right in with the fur coat.  Nails were this amazingly rad Brooklyn chick whos' go mad chic style, check her out on instagram @ponymaane. Speaking of Rad people my favorite New Yorker will be featured next week in her amazing mothers vintage .. its a beautiful Mink. This girls got fashion of her own, and I will post more on her next, so stay tuned.

Who Wears Short Shorts

New Yorkers kept telling me im cold, and I must have forgot the rest of my clothes. Although for me its beauty over pain. To be honest I think my blood has thickened this cold air doesnt faze me. No longer do I need my gloves and I can finally wear shorts. I understand how luap can wear only tights in below zero. Its called adaptation ;) Today I wore vintage boyfriend cutoff shorts and tights with leggings that I chopped into thigh highs over them. My favorite look! ive gotten a lot of compliments. Boots are Necessary Clothing, which I think roughen up any look. Rings are an estate sell turquoise ring, and my favorite Low Luv double bone. I absolutely love this look cause with these soft hues it really makes a for a comfy but complementing outfit.  I paired my gfs pink top with a green overcoat to match the greenblue thigh highs and it made it all come together.  Another crisp day in New York City. Till nxt time, stay stylish!

F#$% Your California Palm Trees

Really missing home, especially when everyone is posting pictures of sunny California palm tress every minute. Not to mention most NYC bloggers are flying to LA and posting pictures in Venice. Sucks because I feel like I was just home yesterday, then I realize I have been here for over two months. Yet I am so adamant to stay until the cherry blossom tress blossom. After that and a quick boat ride in central park with a little beach sesh in the Hamptons, and maybe a trip to Atlantic city, Then I am out! back on the first plain to Cali. I must say though Brooklyn does has it perks. This weekend I decided to have an adventure and bust a mish to supposedly good Mexican food, since Nyc way over loads their Mexican food with sour cream, and does not have any real flavor. I was told it was off the Morgan stop then quickly realized after having a mild case of hypothermia that it was off the Jefferson. I got to my destination 8 blocks and negative degress later only to not be satisfied but I did not give up I asked the cooks, and they referred me to another called El pisa which was only a couple blocks form there and then finally had the most amazing horchata yum! Yet didnt forget about you guys in all the midst. I frooze my butt again to show you a winter fave outfit of mine. Plaid and spikes. As I told you in the previous post I was dying to get those boots so I ended up getting them the next day  Dolce Vita  with alligator suede and spikes along the heel. Seriously these ankle boots are to die for and so comfortable. The dress was thrifted from Good Will , and the rabbit tail necklace was made by me, but unforunately someone stole it at the club. Russian Fuzzy hat was my girl friends and black fur is my moms from the 80s seriously the most beautifullest coat i own never want to take it off it keeps me so warm. I finally got to hang up my hats cause im ina dgaf mood with my roomie and am very proud to see them displayed. If you have any questions per which and where they are from don't hesitate to ask. till next week xoxo
